Guardian Angels has been such a positive support for my family. My father really enjoys the visits from his carer who is professional, extremely caring and patient. I particularly am impressed with the level of office service. The phone is picked up promptly and extra care has been efficiently added when required. Very impressed by Guardian Angels.

Carers from Guardian Angels enabled my highly independent 95+ year-old mother could stay in her home for several years longer than she might otherwise have done. She loved them all and often said they gave her incredibly practical advice and she learned a lot from them. They were always cheery, worked really hard but weren't intrusive. She has now moved into a home but has retained one of her Guardian Angels to go walking with her every week. Highly recommend.

Guardian Angels served my Mum and Dad really well for a year and a half before Dad needed a nursing home after a stroke, due to limited space at home and more carer needs. The few issues we had over that time (not the fault of Guardian Angels) were sorted out quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this care agency, and loved the directors' assurance (as ex-military officers) that 'If we can do it, we will make it happen, whatever it takes.'

I found Guardian Angels online, and they had space for her with a quick start date. I am so thankful to all the team. My mother has been so wonderfully looked after, they keep me updated and notify me of any concerns or if her medication is running low. They are highly professional and flexible, and above all caring and kind. I cannot recommend them enough for your loved ones.

We cannot thank the wonderful staff at Guardian Angels enough for the professional, caring and friendly support that they gave to our father. They were constantly attentive, recognising his needs, contacting additional services, and adapting their care to meet the changing nature of our father’s illness. Just wanted to tell how much your carers have helped my daughter. They have made such a difference to her life, each in their different way but both giving her such kind and thoughtful companionship in addition to all the other things they do for her.
