I have been using Oak Park for many years, whenever myself or my children needed an osteopath. The osteopaths have always been very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and kept me and my back healthy! Most recently I saw Nicola Bayer; a new osteopath to the clinic. I was in a pretty sorry state with an incredibly stiff back and neck that felt like it was about to spasm. One session with her and I literally felt like a new woman! The relief was incredible. She has a holistic approach, so I am now having a few sessions learning techniques and exercises to prevent the same symptoms developing again. I highly recommend this clinic.
