Disappointed, purchased a car from this company, unfortunately not as described, missing parts.
You should be able to trust a car dealer, unfortunately with this company you have to do your own researches and ask as many question as you can.
If I could I would return the vehicle purchased.
Definitely I wouldn’t buy again, not worth the hassle.
Disappointed

Arrogant customer service when attended yesterday - valeter who was cleaning the Bentley was very polite & helpful but the chap in the showroom was with a attitude like sun was shining out of his rear & his attitude was like I wasn't fit for attending the garage & haven't got time for you

Poor experience with them, very bad handling's with costumers services.
Especially BEN no clue at all of what his doing there.
Do not buy from them at all lies and lies all over.
WASTE OF TIME WITH THEM.
They have sold the car to 2 different Costumers.

Having owned Bentleys for over 20 years and tried other service centres can
with no exceptions recommend Phantom Motors. Stuart & Simon are the best in their field knowledge & care for your pride & joy thanks Shaun.

If you buy a Bentley don’t expect Ford servicing costs! What you get from Stuart and Simon however is around 50 years of growing up around these motors (sorry boys not being rude). I have just had my 2005 Continental GT serviced by Phantom and have come away feeling totally confident that they have reviewed every nook and cranny to make sure my daily drive is totally reliable. They also give you fair warning about what to expect next time round. I would rather trust this garage with work on my car than an official Bentley dealer.
Please look out for their forthcoming planning application for a state of the art workshop and showroom on a new site on the edge of the village which makes so much sense and will give the business a proper showcase for what they do, which is internationally renowned. You will be able to support this on the Hart planning website.

Superb service with a smile. Sorted a complex ecu control fault out. These gentleman have all the specialist Bentley diagnostic equipment. I was thankful there was somebody I could pay to sort out an issue where other so called "experts " had drawn a blank. It is a Bentley, only the deluded expect to pay Ford Fiesta upkeep charges. Extremely fair pricing, excellent level of service. I will be returning for both future car purchase and servicing.

You have to be 110% sure about a company when recommending them to you’re best and most valuable customer but when recommending Phantom Motor Cars LTD to sort out a very tired Rolls Royce Cloud 111 Muliner Park Ward they absolutely transformed this car with on going maintenance and servicing the car is now an outstanding driving experience! Thanks to the team at PMC a Great company to be associated with ! I looking forward to seeing the next stage of this great company with the development of the new site!

I bought a 1958 S1 Bentley from Mr Worthington at Phantom Motors in 1975. It brought me more pleasure than any other car that I have owned, lasting me a total of 11 years. Now 70 years old I cannot contemplate such a car, and so "suffer" a lesser diesel Jaguar that is cheap to run, (horrid, noisy, unreliable but cheap), but I still miss the Bentley. If I could give you 500 stars I would. Please carry on bringing pleasure to your customers.

As Nigel Knight (See below) found to his disgust there is a great deal of trial and error @ £100 an hour with the Worthington brothers. Born 200 years too late these Highwayman expect you to "stand and deliver". £1,500 for an elementary wiring fault for passenger electric window. They have an excuse for everything and answer for nothing.
Don't make the mistake of trying to "talk over" them as they get very annoyed. Deeply unpleasant to do business with.
Second hand motor traders with a superiority complex.

Used these people several years ago to fix a fault with the parking sensors on the front of a Continental, it took them ages an cost nearly a £1000 to find out it was just that two sensors in incorrectly connected ie one should have been pluged into the other, surely you pay for knowledge not their trial and error, they've now learnt at my expense. not been back since.
