I had S&C out to fit my windows and correct my leaking conservatory. The quote was quick and easy to understand. The job was done professionally and they left it spotless. My friend has recently had her conservatory done too and it looks so good.

A great company, I was very pleased on how fast they replaced my front door, and how polite and efficient the office staff and the work team where. I Certainly recommend S and C windows, and will be using them again when required. Many thanks guys.

** update I have now received a call, at least two days before planned appointment, cancelling. My advise, if you have bad feedback for this company..beware that they will become defensive and cancel any booked appointments. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Instead of taking feedback constructively they reactive aggressively! Atleast the lady who called suggested that i refer the issues to the original manufacturers, something they obviously had no sense to suggest initially.. complete waste of my customers' time. I am somewhat disappointed thus far by this company. They attended my home after a quote of £150 over the phone to repair my external doors which are letting in a draught. I was told they would carry out the necessary repairs on their visit. Well they visited and didn't carry out the repairs. I was then quoted a higher amount £300 as my doors need more work than expected, i thiught fair enough. So i booked another appointment for the work to be carried out. They then called an hour before they closed the day before my appointment to cancel. I have rebooked for 2 days later but i have little faith in them. I suggest you consider other options if possible.

We bought a property where S&C had installed the windows some years before, and arranged for them to visit for a service as part of the warranty. The customer service was excellent, and the quality of the products is high.

They were very good first day to install it quickly enought and leave all tidy..but the same day we found out the inbetween glass of the small window had a big visible scratch. I have been told they would come back to me in a week with a replacement under the warranty. Over 30 times trying to approach them since to get it replaced.... Being said they will do it during a week or so, now it's been over 1 year, still no signs of them coming back. Very disappointed. 12 months the work is not fixed.

We had S&C fit us new windows and doors in 2020. They had to return a couple of times for ‘teething problems’ including French doors not closing properly, front door handle being loose and not locking and stiff window handles. They hinted towards us being ‘too heavy handed’ We have never had these problems with our original door that leads from the porch to the house (not supplied by S&C) Over the last three years, we have continued to have problems, a couple of windows don’t shut properly and our front door is warped and does not fit in the frame and hasn’t not been able to be locked for the whole of the winter. The window sills that were put in started to peel and bubble and have had to be replaced. The whole job was shoddy and the quality of the windows are terrible. We honestly wished we had never used these guys for our work.

S&C fitted a front door and garage door for me. Overall really impressed with the process. Quote was quick and competitive and the fitters were professional, friendly and very tidy! Recommended them to a family member who also had a great experience. Lovely family run business, will definitely use them again and recommend to others!
