Yes it’s run down but it’s really cheap and my childminding kids loved it. No one was there today, we had the whole place to ourselves.

Went to the driving range tonight after it said it’s open until 8pm and it was closed just before 7pm

Cheap but a little run down
Update Nov22. Only person that was there. Some balls cracked, marts torn in places and no rubber tees in the main. Can't use driver as nets been down for months and months. Real shame as place used to be busy with PGA based there.
Update Dec-23
Marked down to single star - you can drive over and its hit and miss whether its open. Today clear sign up at entrance to site saying range open - get bits out of car in rain and door locked. Given I believe she lives on site its not much to just change the sign to closed.

Visit 2 times this month, first time arrived at 9am, sign said open, but gate is locked. Today the gate is open but the door to the range is locked. A notice saying the chap who does the ball had a stroke, bless him. But no practice for me again.

Extremely run down, there was only one rubber tee for the whole of the bays. Website suggests different pricing points. Big pot holes on the lane down. Only good thing going for it is it’s cheapest around.

Does the job, good value. £3 for 50 balls but you'll need 3 x £1 coins.

I go there to use the driving range. £3 for 50 balls which I suppose is about average. However the whole site is a bit of a tip with empty cans and bottles all over the place with vehicles which look abandoned in the car park, this makes me concerned about the safety of my own vehicle whilst parked.
The driving range itself is ok but not all the bays are available due to ongoing maintenance and never have I seen all three ball dispensing machines working at the same time.
However if the owners want to sell the site there is a negotiation to be had.

What a joke. 30 notes for what was meant to be a game of golf. Trying to find a longer 9 hole course for kids. This wasnt the place. Down to 5 holes as owner said she couldnt be bothered to cut the grass on fairways and greens. Greens non existent as no bloody grass on them. Bunkers can't be found for the weeds growing in them. T boxes resemble the bloody somme. Dont waste your time and money here as we wont go back.

In a bad condition. I know we haven't had much rain, but the greens, fairways and bunkers look neglected. The pay and play prices should reflect the state of the course.
